Trailblazing Andrea Wilson To Be Inducted Into The Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Fame®.

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Aug. 18, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Michter’s is proud to announce that its Grasp of Maturation Andrea Wilson will likely be inducted into The Kentucky Bourbon Corridor of Fame®. In 2009, Andrea “broke the glass ceiling” when she turned the primary girl to ever Chair the Kentucky Distillers’ Affiliation. Established in 2001, The Kentucky Bourbon Corridor of Fame® acknowledges people and organizations who’ve had a transformative affect on the Bourbon trade.

“Andrea is enormously proficient, and he or she is a terrific chief. She has contributed tremendously to each the expansion of Michter’s Distillery and to the expansion of the complete Kentucky Bourbon trade as nicely,” said Michter’s President Joseph J. Andrea Wilson was born in Louisville, Kentucky, and as a toddler she would pay attention attentively to her grandfather recount tales about his moonshining days. Upon graduating from the College of Louisville with a Bachelor of Science, Chemical Engineering, Wilson went on to earn a Grasp of Engineering, Chemical Engineering there as nicely. Since 2005, Andrea has served as both a board member or an alternate board member of the Kentucky Distillers’ Affiliation.
