Man dies from injuries sustained in Guthrie, KY explosion

GUTHRIE, Ky. (WTVF) — One other particular person has died on account of a Jan. 19 explosion in Guthrie, Kentucky.

Alex Wix, 21, was hospitalized at Vanderbilt College Medical Middle after sludge from an anodizing plant combined with used cooking oil in a tank on a truck he was working. He died Tuesday on the hospital on account of his accidents, confirms Guthrie Police Chief Dean Blumel.

A employee contained in the plant was killed when the tank went by way of the constructing. The identification of the employee has not been confirmed by authorities working the incident.
