Man dies from injuries sustained in Guthrie, KY explosion

Alex Wix, 21, was hospitalized at Vanderbilt College Medical Middle after sludge from an anodizing plant combined with used cooking oil in a tank on a truck he was working. He died Tuesday on the hospital on account of his accidents, confirms Guthrie Police Chief Dean Blumel.
