Lynn Grove man arrested on out of state and other charges in Calloway County

A Lynn Grove man was arrested on Monday night.

The Calloway County Sheriff’s Office was attempting to serve an Illinois warrant for theft of government property on 44-year-old Tyson Kempfer.  

When Kempfer was apprehended , he was found to be in possession of illicit drugs.  In addition to the Illinois warrant, he was charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphanelia.

He was lodged in the Calloway County Jail.
