Ky. House rep. files bill to prosecute illegal abortion as homicide

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WKYT) – A newly proposed invoice would let the state prosecute an individual for murder in the event that they get an unlawful abortion.

Republican Consultant Emily Callaway filed Home Invoice 300 on Tuesday.

Practically all abortions are banned in Kentucky at the moment.

The invoice does embrace exceptions, together with a lawful medical process and spontaneous miscarriages.
