KSP charges several people in large Eastern Kentucky drugs, weapons bust
PIKE COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) – Kentucky State Police (KSP) Put up 9 in Pikeville is investigating a string of thefts and unlawful medicine at properties in Pike and Floyd counties.

- Rebecca Cecil, 38, of Pikeville, was arrested and brought to the Pike County Detention Heart on costs of Theft by Illegal Taking and Tampering with Bodily Proof.
- Joshua Habern, 39, of Pikeville, was arrested and brought to the Pike County Detention Heart on a Parole Violation warrant.
