Kentucky State Police investigates missing person and murder in Marion County
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – On the night of Dec. 23, 2022, Kentucky State Police (KSP) acquired a grievance of a lacking individual in Marion County, in accordance with a launch.
Members of the family spoke with KSP Troopers and reported that Kevin Thomas Elder, age 56, of Elizabethtown was lacking and he was final identified to have been within the Raywick group of Marion County.
Officers stated the investigation led to the police acquiring a search warrant on a property belonging to Donald Keith Elders, age 53, of Raywick on the morning of Dec. 29.
In response to KSP, the sear warrant lead investigators to find the physique of Elder in an outbuilding on the property.
Elders was then arrested and expenses with homicide and has been lodged within the Marion County Detention Middle.
