Now that the Kentucky Wildcats Football season is officially over, the roster for next season will officially start to take shape.

With several transfer players already committed, the Cats have also seen their fair share of players opt to play elsewhere next season. We can now add another name to that list as of this morning.

According to a report by Pete Nakos of On3, Kentucky quarterback, Deuce Hogan has entered the transfer portal.

Hogan, a 6-foot-3 and 197-pound QB from Grapevine (TX), spent the last two seasons in Lexington after he decided to transfer from the Iowa Hawkeyes.

As a recruit in the class of 2022, Hogan chose Iowa over offers from Baylor, Georgia, Houston, Iowa State, Colorado, and several others. He was considered a 3-star recruit and a top-500 player in the class, according to 247 Sports Composite.

For Kentucky, this move now pretty much signifies the backup spot will go to Beau Allen or Cutter Boley.

Best of luck to Deuce in the next step of his career!
