Breaks Interstate Park to begin upgrades on ‘Kentucky gateway’

ELKHORN CITY, Ky. (WYMT) – One among Pike County’s hidden getaways is getting some upgrades after a grant announcement Monday, bringing in an Appalachian Regional Fee grant to renovate Ratliff Gap.
The renovations, which embrace highway work, rest room upgrades, and a brand new ADA-compliant path, are items of a bigger plan to improve the Kentucky part of the Breaks Interstate Park.
