Georgia man killed in forklift accident after gun safe falls on top of him

MACON, Ga. — A Tractor Provide worker has died after an accident at one of many firm’s distribution facilities in Georgia.

WGXA-TV stories that co-workers discovered David Butler lifeless Thursday round 9:30 a.m. on the heart positioned off Interstate-75 exit in Macon.

Bibb County coroner Leon Jones instructed the Macon Telegraph that Butler was trapped between a gun secure and forklift.

“The gentleman was transferring the gun secure with the forklift, obtained off the forklift, seemed like he was making an attempt to regulate the secure. It fell and pinned him,” Jones instructed the newspaper.
