COFFEE CO., Ala. (WDHN)— A 61-year-old Covington, Georgia man collided with a tractor
close to the intersection of state highways 134 and 189 within the “Perry Retailer Group” Sunday afternoon.

Within the jeep, a 5-year-old Georgia woman was “killed”. Three different passengers
had been transported to space hospitals, two reportedly in “crucial situation”.

In lots of circumstances, GPS sends beach-bound site visitors by means of the intersection in rural,
Western espresso county. It has been the scene of loss of life and extreme accidents over time.

Close by residents inform WDHN that they hope the Alabama Division of Transportation can do one thing to make
that part of the roadway “much less harmful”.
