Dozier, Webb selected to Georgia Forward’s Young Gamechangers

COVINGTON, Ga. — Newton County Industrial Growth Authority’s (IDA) vp of financial growth and the town of Covington’s assistant finance director have been chosen to Georgia Ahead’s Younger Gamechangers program.
