Former Condé Nast CEO Charles Townsend is itemizing a newly renovated home in Vero Seashore, Fla., for $15.9 million.

Mr. Townsend retired from Condé Nast in 2016, he mentioned, and moved from New York to Vero Seashore, the place his dad and mom had lived for round 25 years.
Vero Seashore, he mentioned, provides a “very pretty Florida way of life,” with a rural setting and views of the Atlantic Ocean and Indian River. “It’s a really cultural neighborhood, it’s very social.”
