Second group of Cuban migrants come ashore in South Florida
MONROE COUNTY, Fla. – A second group of Cuban migrants got here ashore in South Florida Thursday.
In accordance with the U.S. Border Patrol, brokers apprehended 10 migrants – eight males and two ladies – after they arrived to Key Colony Seaside on a country boat.
Earlier within the day, brokers confirmed they’d apprehended 26 Cuban migrants who they mentioned got here ashore Thursday morning in Key Biscayne.
The 24 males and two ladies arrived at Invoice Baggs Cape Florida State Park round 3 a.m., authorities mentioned.
Sky 10 was above the scene round 6:45 a.m. as a few beachgoers regarded on the empty rustic boat.
The migrants are anticipated to be repatriated to Cuba.
