‘Just trying to fit in’: Florida substitute teacher accused of letting student use her vape
EUSTIS, Fla. – A substitute trainer at a central Florida center college was arrested after reportedly letting a pupil take a success from her vape pen, in response to the Eustis Police Division.
In an affidavit obtained by Native 10 Orlando information accomplice WKMG, police stated they had been contacted concerning the incident, which occurred on Might 2 at Eustis Center College.
Police stated that the substitute trainer — recognized as 50-year-old Jennifer Hale — had allowed a Seventh-grade pupil to take a success from her vape as a result of the scholar stated they wished to vape.
In response to the affidavit, Hale later admitted the incident to the college’s principal, saying, “I used to be simply making an attempt to slot in.” Hale was then faraway from the campus and informed she was now not allowed to return, police defined.
