Wanted man arrested following traffic stop

A Milford man wanted by police since a 202s drug bust in an Ellendale area known as The Hole, was arrested July 15 following a traffic stop in Dagsboro.

A Dagsboro officer on patrol at 5:25 p.m. stopped a car on Main Street driven by Frank Lovett, 35, after seeing him talk on a cellphone, said Sgt. India Sturgis of the Delaware State Police. 

Lovett was taken into custody without incident and transported to Troop 3 where he was charged with felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in a tier 3 quantity, two counts possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, two count possession of ammunition by a person prohibited, two counts possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, resisting arrest, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 7 and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $121,200 secured bond.
