Traffic Stop Leads to Felony Drug Arrest – Delaware State Police – State of Delaware

Delaware State Police have arrested Santo Carela-Perez (no {photograph} out there), 23, of Port Deposit, MD, for felony drug expenses following a site visitors cease within the Newark space on Tuesday morning.
