Delaware State Police have arrested a 16-year-old juvenile on weapons fees following a taking pictures that occurred in Dover on Sunday afternoon.

On October 30, 2022, at roughly 2:05 p.m., troopers responded to Joshua Clayton Street in Dover relating to a report of photographs fired. Upon their arrival, troopers discovered {that a} 26-year-old male had been strolling within the space when a male suspect fired a number of handgun rounds in his path.
