Speak Up: Delaware’s unemployment dips after months of no movement

Delaware’s unemployment charge dipped 0.1% in July after being stagnant 4 months. In keeping with the Delaware Division of Labor’s month-to-month labor assessment, the speed was 4.4%, down from 4.5%.
