Delaware State alums to host fish fry and car show July 16
The Delaware State College Alumni Affiliation Inc. Sussex County Chapter will host its annual barbeque fundraiser occasion from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. or till bought out, Saturday, July 16, at Dickerson Chapel AME Church, 28455 Dupont Blvd., Milford. Fish sandwiches will promote for $11, or with an added bag of chips and a drink for $13.
A automobile present has been added to this yr’s fundraiser. The entry charge is $20 per automobile, with preregistration due by Friday, July 15. Checks payable to DSU Sussex County Alumni Affiliation could also be mailed to Bernard W. Carr, PO Field 3, Bridgeville, DE 19933.
Onsite registration and automobile lineup begins at 8 a.m. Prime awards will probably be introduced at 1 p.m. Sponsorships can be found at $100 or extra. Donations are appreciated to assist profit the coed scholarship fund. The DSUAA Inc. Sussex County Chapter is open to all DSU graduates and alumni.
