The Delaware Judicial Department hires its first Variety, Fairness and Inclusion Officer.

Initially from Philadelphia, Kaelea Shaner moved to Delaware in 2019 and is coming to the Delaware Courts from Strategic Training Inc. the place she was DEI program supervisor.
