Delaware County EMT charged with indecent assault of woman being transported for chest pains
BROOKHAVEN, Pa. (CBS) — A Delaware County EMT employee is charged with indecent assault. Courtroom paperwork allege Kevin Pressley, an EMT with Brookhaven Borough’s fireplace firm, assaulted a girl being transported for chest pains on Friday.
The lady allegedly woke as much as the assault.
Pressley can also be accused of invasion of privateness and harassment.
Eyewitness Information reached out to his lawyer for remark however was declined.
Pressley is in jail and unable to put up bail.
