Bus search shows little has changed in 40 years
The bus carrying a Delaware State College athletic workforce was touring north, heading house on a southern freeway after a sport.
These aboard noticed the flashing lights and heard the sirens of police vehicles straddling the bus, and the motive force knew to tug onto the shoulder of the highway.
