WASHINGTON — At least he didn’t fall off this time.

President Biden was back on his bike Monday, pedaling around Rehoboth Beach, Del., as his troubled son’s former business partner Devon Archer answered questions on Capitol Hill.

The 80-year-old president and first lady Jill Biden zipped by reporters shortly after 11 a.m., with the president ignoring a shouted question about Chinese malware.

A small crowd watched from behind a rope line and cheered on the first couple, who wore matching long black pants, black T-shirts and bike helmets.

Three official vehicles led the bike convoy, which also included Secret Service agents on bicycles and in golf carts.

About an hour later, Joe and Jill circled back in front of the crowd, buzzing by once again without answering questions, but this time offering onlookers a smile and a wave.

Last year, Biden took an embarrassing tumble off his bike during another vacation near his Rehoboth Beach home.

After that stumble, which Biden blamed on getting his sneaker stuck in the toe cage on the pedal of his $599 Trek FX hybrid bike, Secret Service agents rushed to help the president to his feet.

Photos of the fall quickly became memes as Americans took to Twitter to mock the aging commander-in-chief.

Meanwhile, about 120 miles away in Washington, the House Oversight Committee took a deposition from Archer about the president’s role in his son’s foreign dealings.

The congressional questioning, which lasted a little more than four hours, came as congressional Republicans moved closer to launching an impeachment inquiry.

Archer confirmed that Ukrainian natural gas company Burisma Holdings added Hunter to its board in early 2014 because of the Biden “brand” as his dad led US policy concerning the Eastern European country.

He added that Hunter Biden put his father on speakerphone more than 20 times during business meetings to promote “the brand” — including at a dinner in Paris with a French energy company and in China with Jonathan Li of BHR Partners, a state-backed investment fund co-founded by Hunter in 2013 after he introduced his father to Li during an official trip to Beijing.

Joe Biden is scheduled to remain in Rehoboth Beach until Friday, when he will return to his home in Wilmington to spend the weekend.
