Tony Pollard Named Dallas Cowboys ‘Most Under-Appreciated’

FRISCO – The Dallas Cowboys have made it pretty clear that they worth Tony Pollard, and, more and more, as one thing extra than simply Ezekiel Elliott’s caddy.

However NFL.com’s Cynthia Frelund doesn’t assume that “worth” has been made clear sufficient, and he or she has tapped Pollard as probably the most “under-appreciated” participant on the group.

Frelund’s reasoning? She writes …

We’re undecided what “questions alongside the O-line” must do with any of this, however …

Final season, Pollard had 719 dashing yards, 337 receiving yards and two complete touchdowns whereas largely working behind Elliott, the NFL’s two-time dashing champion. Already this offseason, we’ve seen a suggestion of a rise in Pollard’s function. For instance: On the very first OTA snap open to the media final week, each Pollard and Zeke have been on the sector collectively, with the elusive Pollard – who performed some vast receiver in faculty at Memphis – shifting out to the slot.
