Kobalt Funding Co. bought Bowery Park, a 65,477-square-foot retail and workplace property in Highland Village. Inbuilt 2018, the property at 2570 Justin Street is greater than 93% leased and was offered by Peak Capital LLC. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Adam Howells and Ryan Shore brokered the sale.
Investor Touro Co. has bought two Irving residence communities with 524 items. Touro purchased the Asher Park and the Rustic Ridge flats on Walnut Hill Lane. Each residence communities have been constructed within the Nineteen Seventies. Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors brokers Taylor Hill, Michael Ware, Drew Kile, Joey Tumminello, Asher Corridor and Will Balthrope dealt with the sale.
PHP Capital Companions acquired CentrePort Tech, a two-building gentle industrial advanced at 4100-08 Amon Carter Blvd. on the south finish of DFW Worldwide Airport. The acquisition is PHP’s eleventh acquisition because it was launched in January 2021. It has purchased 950,000 sq. ft of properties in D-FW, San Antonio and Houston.
Lang Pursuits LLC purchased a 12,000-square-foot retail property at 13731-45 Omega Street in Farmers Department. Leigh Richter and Paul Richter of Bradford Business Actual Property Providers brokered the sale.
Canada-based Western Wealth Capital bought the 151-unit Embry House Houses at 2210 Marsh Lane in Carrollton. Inbuilt 1985, the rental neighborhood is Western Wealth Capital’s twenty first multifamily acquisition within the Dallas-Fort Value market. The brand new house owners plan to improve the property.
LFI Actual Property purchased the Methodist Transitional Care Heart, a 100-bed, 66-unit, transitional care facility at 109 Methodist Means in DeSoto. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Charles Bissell and Evan Kovac brokered the sale.

Hayes Co. leased 712,900 sq. ft of business area at 1285 Akron Means in Forney. Conrad Madsen and Greg Nelson of Paladin Companions negotiated the lease together with Cushman & Wakefield.
ChelleComm LLC leased 10,108 sq. ft of workplace area in Forest Inexperienced Workplace Park at 11910 Greenville Ave. in Dallas. Jared Laake, Richmond Collinsworth and Elizabeth Hooper of Bradford Business Actual Property Providers negotiated the lease.
Automation Holdings signed a 3,426-square-foot lease at Tollway Towers on the Dallas North Tollway in Dallas. John Dickenson and Olivia Barnes of Holt Lunsford Business negotiated the lease.
Cuerisimo LLC leased 2,624 sq. ft of workplace and warehouse area in Park Forest Enterprise Heart and 10500 Metric Drive in Dallas.
