Dallas apartment builder eyes Denton rental project

A Dallas residence builder is headed to Denton for its subsequent challenge.

Lang Companions has constructed rental communities in north Oak Cliff, in Dallas’ Medical District and in Fort Price.

And the builder has a challenge within the works for Uptown Dallas.

Now the developer is eyeing a big rental group in Denton.

The 326-unit residence challenge is deliberate on East Sycamore Avenue in Denton’s Railyard district close to the town’s historic downtown.

The constructing website is close to Denton’s downtown commuter rail station.

Lang Companions plans to start development in October and can open the residences in 2024, in response to planning paperwork filed with the state.

JHP Structure designed the challenge.

Lang Companions has been in enterprise since 2009. The 260-unit Zang Triangle residences in North Oak Cliff was the developer’s first main Dallas challenge.

Earlier this yr Lang Companions bought two blocks on Corridor Avenue on the Katy Path in Uptown Dallas.

The developer is engaged on plans for a combined density rental challenge on the prime website.
