Arrest made in murder of 16-year-old in Dallas
DALLAS – Dallas police have arrested a person accused of murdering a 16-year-old woman whose physique was present in a creek earlier this week.
Arturo Flores, 22, has been charged with homicide within the dying of Venus Rodriguez.

Rodriguez was discovered lifeless in a creek off Brookhaven Drive on January 16.
Police stated she had been shot a number of instances.
No additional particulars have been launched about what led to the arrest.
