Three people now face capital murder charges in the slaying of a 23-year-old man in north Oak Cliff last week.

Marque Khourn, 18, and Jaelynn Alamillo, 19, were arrested Wednesday, police said. Khourn was being held at the Dallas County jail on $2 million bail, while Alamillo’s bail had not been set Thursday.

Jakyri Fulce, 19, was arrested last week on a murder charge, which has since been upgraded to capital murder, police said. He remained in custody Thursday, with bail set at $1 million on the new charge.

It is unclear whether the suspects have attorneys.

Woman who allegedly tied up victims in Dallas slaying arrested in New Mexico, DPD says

Officers responded just before 11 p.m. Sept. 27 to a shooting in the 600 block of Stevens Village Drive, at West Davis Street, and found a gunshot victim. The man, Davron Williams, died at a hospital.

Fulce was arrested that night after he went to a hospital to be treated for a gunshot wound and matched the description of the gunman, police said.

Fulce told police he was acting in self-defense and shot Williams during a robbery, according to an arrest-warrant affidavit. Investigators said they believe gunfire was exchanged between the men.

Witnesses told police they saw a black van drive off after the shooting, the affidavit says, but it was not immediately clear what Khourn and Alamillo’s alleged roles in the killing were.
