Texas Vietnamese spot Pho With Us plans Kyle restaurant

The South Austin restaurant Pho With Us will be adding a new location in Kyle, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing. The construction is expected to start on November 1 and won’t be completed until the summer of 2024. The estimated completion date is July 31, 2024, according to the filing.
The scope of the work will include,”tenant improvements for an unoccupied space. Includes interior design, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.” The renovation on the 2,484-square-foot building will cost roughly $258,000, according to the filing.

The new Kyle restaurant will be located at 135 Kyle Crossing, Kyle, TX 78359. The Austin spot is located at 9900 I-35 Frontage Road, Austin, TX 78748.
Pho With Us is a locally owned Vietnamese food restaurant that has a special twist to its menu. For appetizers, guests can eat Bao, cheesy brisket fries, fried cheese wontons, honey-glazed shrimp, egg rolls, and wraps. Countless options for pho include shrimp, lobster, rare ribeye, beef ball, brisket, chicken, pork belly, seafood, beef rib, and tripe, according to the Pho With Us menu.
This will be Kyle’s third Vietnamese restaurant after Pho Thai Son and Pho 99 Asian Cuisine, according to yelp.
