VA Augusta says it provides comprehensive care for local LGBTQ+ Veterans, including routine health services, mental health care, hormone and surgery readiness evaluations, gender prosthetic devices, voice therapy, hormone therapy, PrEP and PEP (HIV-mitigation) treatment, name-change assistance, and discharge upgrades.
