Richmond County election officials to look at voting site changes
AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – On Monday night, the Richmond County Board of Elections is holding a meeting to change polling locations for voters in multiple precincts.
If you vote at Asbury United Methodist Church, Augusta Deliverance Evangelistic Church or the Augusta Aquatic Center, your polling location could change.
The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at the Augusta-Richmond County Municipal Building.
Election officials say any objections to the changes must be in writing before the hearing or voiced during the meeting.
If there are no objections, the changes will be adopted effective immediately.
