Evans man bikes 600 miles to raise money for cancer research

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Two knee replacements can’t cease this Evans man from pedaling throughout Georgia.

Don Belisle, 67, accomplished his 600-mile Peach State Pedal on Friday.

He’s elevating funds for most cancers analysis on the Georgia Most cancers Middle in Augusta.

Belisle rode by Columbus, Thomaston, Perry, Dublin, Brunswick, and eventually, North Augusta. The biker says by his love of biking, he was capable of join the Augusta-based nonprofit Pacelin to Peach State Pedal to boost much more funding.
