Physique cam reveals arrest of man who police say fired into dwelling
The Atlanta Police Division launched this physique digital camera video from an officer arresting a person investigators say fired right into a Pittsburgh neighborhood dwelling on March 11.
ATLANTA – A person sporting physique armor was arrested in southwest Atlanta after firing a number of rounds into an occupied dwelling final weekend.
Atlanta Police say the officer was on patrol within the Pittsburgh neighborhood when he noticed the person sporting all black, with a bullet-proof vest on, and armed with a rifle. Police say the person was firing photographs close to the intersection of Mary St. SW and Smith St. SW.
Police launched the physique digital camera video of the officer’s encounter on March 11. The officer adopted the person a couple of blocks down the highway to a retailer alongside McDaniel Road SW close to Arthur Road SW.
The officer then orders the person to place down the rifle, which he does, however walks in between two houses throughout the road.
Malik Chatman was taken into custody shortly after and was charged with aggravated assault, legal harm to property, and possession of a firearm through the fee of a felony.
Nobody inside the house which was fired upon was injured.
Neither Chatman nor the officer had been injured.
Chatman was booked into the Fulton County Jail.
