Child injured in collision with Atlanta police vehicle, officials say
ATLANTA – A toddler was handled for accidents when an Atlanta Police Division automobile struck them Tuesday afternoon, officers confirmed.
Police mentioned the kid was alert, aware and respiration when transported for medical care. Police mentioned the kid was on the street when the marked automotive struck them.
Atlanta police mentioned the collision occurred at round 1:14 p.m. on Tuesday close to Lanier Road NW and Joseph E. Boone Boulevard NW.
Police didn’t clarify if the kid’s dad and mom have been close by whereas they have been on the street.
The investigation is ongoing, police mentioned, and it is unclear if the driving force faces prices or self-discipline.
