Man arrested after several stolen cars, some from Arkansas, were found in Phoenix

PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) — A person has been arrested in reference to a months-long investigation after 5 automobiles, a trailer, and a forklift have been stolen from neighborhoods in Phoenix, Mesa, and the state of Arkansas.

Arizona Division of Public Security officers say that they searched two homes and arrested Brandon A. Jones, 37, after officers noticed him driving and transporting a number of stolen automobiles and a trailer between his automotive and a member of the family’s property. DPS’ Automobile Theft Activity Power stated the vehicles have been present in a home close to sixteenth Avenue and Broadway Street. Detectives additionally searched one other home close to sixteenth Avenue and Broadway. In all, the next automobiles have been discovered:

  • 2007 Chevrolet pickup truck – reported stolen in Arkansas
  • 2003 Tahoe Z71 SUV – reported stolen in Arkansas
  • 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer – reported stolen in Arkansas
  • 2003 GMC Yukon – reported stolen in Mesa
  • Motor from a 2004 GMC Sierra – reported stolen in Mesa
  • 2017 flatbed trailer with a 2006 Toyota forklift – reported stolen in Phoenix

Jones was booked into the Maricopa County Jail on numerous prices together with 5 counts of theft of technique of transportation.
