SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – The Nationwide Climate Service issued a Winter Climate Advisory for a lot of northern Arkansas.

The advisory lasts from Monday at 3 p.m. to Tuesday at 3 a.m. The counties embrace:

  • Japanese, Central, and Southern Searcy County Greater Elevations, Ark.

  • Izard, Ark.
  • Madison, Ark.
  • Marion, Ark.
  • Newton County Greater Elevations, Ark.
  • Newton County Decrease Elevations, Ark.
  • Northwest Searcy County Greater Elevations, Ark.
  • Searcy County Decrease Elevations, Ark.
  • Stone, Ark.
  • Washington, Ark.

The KY3 First Alert Climate staff is monitoring snow and sleet accumulations. The overall might high one to 2 inches. Hazardous situations might develop on roadways, together with bridges.
