Entergy, which lately settled a criticism with Mississippi about charging ratepayers an excessive amount of for the Grand Gulf nuclear energy plant, has a suggestion on the desk to settle related complaints in Louisiana and Arkansas.

The Advocate studies from Louisiana that Entergy is ready to pay $588 million to Louisiana and Arkansas, with $142 million going to Arkansas.
