Ark Metropolis police stated on December 15, an 18-year-old feminine pupil reported to the administration that a instructor had touched her inappropriately with out her consent. After police investigated and carried out interviews, the Cowley County DA’s workplace charged 38-year-old Jacob Sumpter was charged with one depend of sexual battery.
