1 Named Vice President and General Counsel for Electric Cooperatives of Arkansas (Movers & Shakers)

Jen Hoss has been named vp and basic counsel for Arkansas Electrical Cooperative Company/Arkansas Electrical Cooperatives Inc. of Little Rock. Hoss earned her Juris Doctorate from South Texas Faculty of Regulation in Houston.

Conway Corp. made three promotions. Corey Free has been named lead telecom installer technician. Andrew Nelson has been named telecom enterprise class providers technician 3. Mike Raney has been named GIS technician 2.

Jason Cocklin, a challenge supervisor and affiliate of Freese and Nichols of Fort Value, Texas, is shifting to Rogers to work within the agency’s new northwest Arkansas workplace. Cocklin has 13 years of expertise and is appearing challenge supervisor on an elevated storage tank rehabilitation challenge for town of Fayetteville.

Trevor Voegele has joined Crist Engineers Inc. of Little Rock. Voegele is a registered skilled engineer who was beforehand a water programs engineer at Conway Corp.

Dean Lee is now the financial growth director for town of Berryville. Lee beforehand served as government director of the Berryville Chamber of Commerce and replaces Chris Claybaker, who retired.

Doug Smith has been appointed to the Arkansas Parole Board by Gov. Asa Hutchinson. Smith has 20 years of legislation enforcement expertise and has served as a public security liaison since 2015. Smith will change Boyce Hamlet, who’s the brand new Arkansas Drug Director.
