Alabama’s Kool-Aid McKinstry Will Only Play Football This Season

Getting into his sophomore season, Alabama’s Kool-Assist McKinstry will focus solely on soccer after becoming a member of the college as a two-sport athlete, he advised reporters according to Mike Rodak of Al.com. McKinstry practiced with the basketball staff as a freshman, although by no means suited up for any video games.

The previous five-star prospect was an instantaneous contributor on the gridiron for the Crimson Tide, showing in 9 video games with 26 whole tackles and one interception. He earned a spot within the freshman All-SEC staff, as voted on by the convention’s coaches.
