SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. (WHDH)– Newly launched bodycam footage from a Vermont officer on Oct. 12 reveals the arrest of Logan Clegg, the 26-year-old who stands accused of murdering Harmony, New Hampshire couple Steve and Wendy Reid.
Clegg was arrested at a library in South Burlington, Vermont for an unrelated case out of Utah. He allegedly shot the Reids to demise on a mountain climbing path close to their residence in April.
Prosecutors say Clegg had been dwelling within the woods within the space the place the our bodies have been found. Police used surveillance movies and bank card information to attach Clegg to the murders.
Clegg has since been introduced again to New Hampshire to face homicide costs. He waived his arraignment this week and is in jail whereas awaiting trial.
