Vermont man pleads guilty to child sex crime
ALBANY, Vt. (WCAX) – On Wednesday, a Vermont man pleaded responsible to a number of youngster intercourse crimes. 47-year-old Dennis Lavigne admitted that in November 2019 he exchanged sexually express texts with an undercover officer, who was posing because the mom of an 11-year-old youngster.
Within the messages, he expressed need to have intercourse with that youngster. Later that month Lavigne traveled from Vermont to Albany, intent on finishing up the acts.
There he was arrested on youngster enticement and pornography expenses.
Lavigne was a registered intercourse offender on the time for sexually assaulting a toddler beneath the age of 10. He faces at the least 10 years, and as much as life, in jail.
