Riley Co. Law Board names Vermont man new RCPD director
TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – A police chief in Vermont is coming to Kansas.
The Riley Co. Regulation Board acted Monday afternoon to call Brian Peete the brand new director for the Riley Co. Police Dept. Peete is at the moment police chief in Montpelier, Vermont.
Peete was chosen from 15 candidates total. From there, the legislation board named three finalists who met with the general public final week. The opposite two finalists had been Josh Kyle, at the moment with RCPD, and Mark Mathies, the present police chief in Edwardsville, Kansas.
