PHOTOS: Dozens gather in support of Vermont’s transgender community following Fern Feather’s death
About 80 folks gathered below brooding skies on the 5 Corners intersection in Essex Junction on Saturday to rally, maintain indicators and wave to passing visitors in an effort to name for the protection of the transgender neighborhood within the wake of the killing this week of Fern Feather, a transgender girl from Hinesburg.
