WESTMINSTER, Vt. (AP) — Authorities in Vermont say a person was critically injured Saturday whereas setting off fireworks.
The Vermont State Police say officers responded late Saturday night time to a residence within the city of Westminster, positioned on the border with New Hampshire, after a person there sustained “vital” accidents to his hand. He was transported to an area hospital for therapy.
The incident prompted the state police to situation a reminder that fireworks are unlawful in Vermont and not using a allow.
