BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – The previous president of Jay Peak Resort Invoice Stenger says the State of Vermont of “coated up” the $200 million fraud that despatched him to federal jail.

In a six-page affidavit obtained by Channel Three Information, Stenger calls himself an “unknowing pawn.”

Stenger accuses state officers, particularly former Governor Peter Shumlin, D-Vermont, of realizing in regards to the Ponzi-like scheme as early as 2015 and selling the initiatives, anyway.
