BURRILLVILLE, R.I. (AP) – Rhode Island Republican State Sen. Jessica de la Cruz has ended her bid for Congress nearly a month after formally launching her marketing campaign.

Former state Rep. Ed Pacheco ended his marketing campaign for Congress on March 22, saying it had change into too tough to lift cash.
