The Nationwide Climate Service has issued a flood look ahead to elements of Rhode Island.

* WHAT…Flooding brought on by extreme rainfall is feasible.

* WHERE…Parts of northern Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode
  Island, together with the next areas, in northern Connecticut,
  Hartford CT, Tolland CT and Windham CT. In Massachusetts, Jap
  Franklin MA, Jap Hampden MA, Jap Hampshire MA, Northern
  Middlesex MA, Northern Worcester MA, Southern Worcester MA,
  Western Franklin MA, Western Hampden MA and Western Hampshire MA.
  In Rhode Island, Jap Kent RI, Northwest Windfall RI,
  Southeast Windfall RI, Washington RI and Western Kent RI.
