Memorial planned for Dr. Doug Whitten in Pittsburg – KOAM
PITTSBURG, Kan. – A memorial is deliberate for Dr. Doug Whitten who died immediately on June 6. He was 54.
Whitten was a professor within the Pittsburg State College Division of Music for practically 19 years. He directed the PSU Pleasure of the Plains Marching Band.
