Former Peters Twp. standout Donovan McMillon announces commitment to Pitt after entering transfer portal
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — A former WPIAL soccer standout who entered the switch portal is coming again house to play on the College of Pittsburgh.
Donovan McMillon, a security from Peters Township who spent two years enjoying on the College of Florida has introduced his dedication to play at Pitt.
McMillon graduated from Peters Township in 2021, selecting to move south to Gainesville to play for the Gators.
Earlier this month, McMillon introduced he was coming into the switch portal.
Following that announcement, McMillon obtained presents from Pitt, Kansas, Nebraska, Miami, Minnesota, Virginia Tech, West Virginia, Mississipi State, Boston Faculty, and Kansas State.
Throughout his time at Florida, the 6’1″, 205 lb. security performed in 25 video games throughout two seasons, primarily in a particular groups function.
McMillon is the second former WPIAL participant to switch again to the hometown Pitt Panthers after coming into the switch portal, becoming a member of Pine-Richland graduate Phil Jurkovec.
